We understand that project management resource requirements can change based on variations in large or one-off projects that are added to normal capital/maintenance/day-to-day project load. Our PMT can be engaged on an as-needed basis, supplementing our client’s team for delivery of an entire project, or a specified scope of a project, to help allow in-house project managers to focus on the regular project delivery responsibilities.
